Hi, I’m Stephanie!

For 6 years, I have been working with clients to achieve their fitness goals.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Holistic Health through the University of Southern Maine. I hold certifications in:

  • Personal Training - American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)

  • Nutrition Coaching - Precision Nutrition

  • TRX Suspension Training

  • Pre & Post Natal Training

  • Group Exercise

  • CPR

Meet my furry helpers!

  • Lucy

    Meet Lucy, a super friendly Calico Tabby cat that prefers metabolic conditioning and cardio as her mode of exercise. Her favorite games include; doing laps in her tunnel, being chased around the house (and chasing us back), playing catch, scaling the couch, chasing the red dot, and when mom or pop runs around with the peacock feather. She doesn’t like when doors are closed, so you may not see her for very long in my studio during our sessions. But don’t fret! There will be a kitty door installed soon.

  • Luna

    Meet Luna, a very loving Calico cat who prefers stretching and plyometrics as her mode of exercise. Some of her favorite games include; bopping the ball around on her turbo scratcher, chasing the red dot, jumping/whacking the window to spook birds away from the feeder, stretching on her scratcher, and hanging with mom while she trains. Luna doesn’t mind closed doors, so you may see her a lot more in our training sessions!
