Yummy Tuna salad wraps
This is a quick and simple dish that is one of my favorites for lunch. This portion is good for 2 people, so if you’re cooking for more than 2 keep this in mind.
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
Mayo
Pickles
Tomato
Onion
Romain Lettuce (Whole, not chopped)
Pepper
Directions:
Drain and squeeze water from tuna and dump into a bowl. Pickles and onion will be mixed in with tuna, so small chop as much as you’d like to add in. (I do a little under 1/4 cup of each) Thinly slice or small chop tomato. Tear off the lettuce from the head and rinse with cool water. Pat dry and lay 2 on top of each other. (Or 3!) Add chopped pickles and onions to the bowl of tuna. Add a pinch of pepper and a dollop of mayo. (careful, you can always add more, but you can’t take away) Once you get your desired texture, use a spoon to scoop mixture along the middle inside of your romaine leaves. Add sliced or diced tomato. Fold over your lettuce wrap and enjoy your yummy tuna wrap!
Add a fruit side to compliment your flavors. And apple, grapes, or orange is my go to!
